How to get Customer ID and Password for PLI/RPLI online access?

 

Dear viewer if you have not registered your Mobile Number and E-mail ID to your Policy you have to follow the Steps.

1. Write an application to your concern Post Master (Head Office) to update your Mobile Number and E-mail ID to your Policy.

2. Enclose three document with application form. 

3. Xerox copy of Premium Pass Book’s front page, Policy Bond and an ID card (Voter, Adhar, PAN etc.)

4. Send the application to  the Post Master with Register Post.

Within 15 days you have received a confirmaton mail that your policy has been updated.

SSA Gujarat Aadhar Dise
Gujarat State implemented Aadhaar Enabled DISE — Child Tracking System for collection of Student-wise information for Elementary Schooling of Class I — VIII since January 2012.

Aadhaar Enabled DISE is deployed with a concept adopted from UIDAI to build database of students along with child wise record with Student Name, Parents Name, Date of Birth, Address, incentives & benefits received from Government. The same database use by State to conduct child wise evaluation under Gunotsav programme. Each year, existing records are being updated and new entrants in Class I are being entered under the system.

Dropout of children from schools, their absenteeism, performance of government schools and its teachers have a sledgehammer impact on primary education in various states, including Gujarat that is not known to have an impressive track record. But, things seem to be changing in Gujarat. Conceived in December 2012, the state government has from the June 2014 academic year put into practice a child education tracking system by assigning a digitised Unique Identification code number to all the whopping 87 lakh students between standard 1 and standard 8.

Under this system, annual child-wise records would be maintain with the student’s name, birth date, details of parents, address and incentives or benefits received, if at all, from the government. It call Aadhaar-enabled District Information System for Education (DISE).

State project coordinator of the Centre’s Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), every child will have an 18-digit UID number to track his or her academic career.

Booth Level Officer; A Representative of Election Commission at the Grass-Root Level
For enhanced participation of electors in the electoral process and reducing the electoral malpractices, it is essential to improve the quality of electoral registration process and of the electoral rolls. Booth Level Officer (BLO) is a local Government/Semi-Government official, familiar with the local electors and generally a voter in the same polling area who assists in updating the roll using his local knowledge. In fact, BLO is a representative of Election Commission of India (ECI) at the grass-root level who plays a pivotal role in the process of roll revision and collecting actual field information with regard to the roll corresponding to the polling area assigned to him.
Under Section 13B (2) of Representation of People Act, 1950, BLOs are appointed from amongst the officers of the Govt. /Semi Govt. /Local Bodies. Generally, one BLO is responsible for one part of the electoral roll. From August, 2006 the Commission has decided to introduce the concept of appointing BLOs who would be accountable for ensuring the fidelity of electoral roll.+
The ECI introduced this new system of appointing BLOs creating a clear line of accountability for preparation of an error-free electoral roll, making the BLOs its custodian at the polling booth level. Previously, voter-identification slips used to be distributed by the contesting candidates of various political parties and that gave scope for complaints. The preparation of accurate electoral rolls and direct distribution of voter identification slip by the BLOs also boosted voter confidence in the credibility of the election process.
BLO assists eligible citizens to become voters and obtain voter card. BLO provides those different forms for addition, deletion and correction of Electoral Roll entries, carries out physical verification, and gives his/her report to Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) .The BLO interacts with local people/ political parties’ representatives and identifies dead/shifted/duplicate voters to be removed from the electoral roll after due process of law. There is no need to cut the government office to create a water ID. You can create your Water ID card at home only. Not only that. Dates of old water ID cards can also change at home. All these facilities are available on Election Commission's official website. And you do not even need to pay a charge for it. First of all, the scanned copy of the documents needed to create a water ID card is required.
Required Documents
Certificate of age
First of all, it is necessary to have the same proof for water ID because the minimum age for water ID is fixed at 18 years. For the same proof, you can use birth certificate, school living certificate, birthdate leaf card, passport, driving license or support card issued by any government authority.
Permanent Address
You must also provide address proof along with the same proof. For which you can copy bank passbook, farmer passbook, ration card, passport, driving license, income tax assessment, lease rent, water, electricity or phone bill.
Passport size photo
Also, you must have a passport size photo. You need to have these three documents to create a water ID. After which follow these following steps.
Make Water ID Card online so much

First of all, click the Apply button on Election Commission's official website http://www.nvsp.in/. This will be redirected to the Election Commission's Form 6 page on click.
Now you can select the desired language from the drop-down list and input the required information such as name, address, age, etc. Then upload all the documents.
After filling out the form, after re-checking all the information click on the submit button.
After submitting you will get a tracking number. With which you can check the status of the water ID card. After 30 days of submitting your form, your Water ID card will be issued, which will be found at your address.

Improve error in the water id

If there is any error in Water ID, go to the Election Commission's http://www.nvsp.in/ Website. And click on correction entry electric roll. You will be redirected to Form 8.
Upload the necessary documentation by updating the information you would like to update here. Once all the information is checked, click on the submit button.
After which you will get a tracking number. With which you can learn the status of your Water ID card. You can also attach a mobile number and email id.
In this way, you can create a water ID card at home and improve the errors made in the water ID card.
