Considering the inconvenience of the passengers, Indian Railways has recently partnered with an online travel website 'MakeMy Trip'. This partnership aims to make the passengers available to their PNR status, live train status and other information on their smartphones. You must be the latest version of your WhatsApp App.
Internet connection should work properly.
You must have your train number and PNR number.
Follow these steps
Open the Dialer app in your smartphone
Type the number 7349389104 and add it to its own contacts.
After saving the number, open the WhatsApp page and refresh the contact list.
Search the saved contact and open the chat window and tap on it.
Send your train number to check live train status and enter your PNR number to check your PNR status.
After that McMay Trip will send your train's real-time status or booking status of your PNR.

To Refresh Your Contact List
Open your WATESPAP and tap the New Message icon in the bottom right corner
Then tap on three dot and click Refresh option.
Keep these things in focus
The McMay Trip will not respond until you get a blue color tick on the sender's message.
Respond time may also be based on the number of inquiries or server load.
