Tech Mahindra Chief Financial Officer Manoj Bhatt said in the investment call that in the first three months of the current financial year, the company has already appointed 1800 freshers.
He said, "I think, in the next three months we will appoint more than 4000 people. However, I do not currently have a complete figure. There may be a slight plus-minus distance in this. The number of employees of Mumbai's company was 1,13,552 by the end of the three-month period of June 2018. This is more than 745 compared to the previous three months.
72,462 in the company's software division in the three months of the review 34,700 in BPO and 6,390 people in sales and support operations.
On the job of leaving employees' jobs in the company, Bhatt said, "We are concerned about leaving the jobs of important talent but it will not affect the efficiency of the company."
