National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is one of the most prestigious national level scholarship programs. Its aim is to identify talented individuals and nurture them. This exam is conducted by National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) for Std. 10th students. The exam is held on two stages viz. Stage 1 (State/UT level) and Stage 2 (National level). Every year about 50 Lakh candidates apply for this program and roughly 1000 candidates are awarded this scholarship. This article will provide you with all the details regarding NTSE.

Make sure that NTSE admit card is not detached from the application form. The NTSE admit card will be sent to the chief superintendent of the examination centre after the allocation of the numbers. You can collect the admit card from the chief superintendant of the examination centre at least one week before the examination. A printout of the NTSE admit card is compulsory for the NTSE exam. Candidates not carrying the admit cards will not be allowed to take the examination.

State Government Announcing Navratri And Diwali Vacation

The Gujarat government took an important decision on taking Navratri, which has announced the appointment of the Minister of Education Bhupendrasinh Chudasama to Navratri and Diwali. From this year onwards, the students of the college including Navaratri will be given vacation from 10 to 17 October and leave for Dasara on 18th May. Apart from this, Dewi's vacation will be from November 5 to 18.

The state government had already announced that there will be a vacation in school and college during Navaratri's day. It will be implemented from the current year. This decision was announced by State Minister of State Vivebri Dave earlier and on this date the Government of Gujarat has declared 'Navratri' and 'Diwali' vacation anniversary today.

Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama said that Navaratri vacations will be held between 10 to 17 October in the state schools and colleges and on 18th October, there will be Dussehra holiday. Apart from this, Navaratri has a 7-day holiday, the 21-day holiday for Diwali will now be 14 days. Diwali holiday will be held from 5th to 18th November ie Dhanteras to Sud Dasam before Diwali holiday was kept from November 5 to 25, although due to the 7-day holiday in Navaratri, the holiday has shortened.

This decision has made the students of school college come to the gallows. This year, due to the Navratri vacation, the Khaleeas too will keep on mind.

Booth Level Officer; A Representative of Election Commission at the Grass-Root Level

For enhanced participation of electors in the electoral process and reducing the electoral malpractices, it is essential to improve the quality of electoral registration process and of the electoral rolls. Booth Level Officer (BLO) is a local Government/Semi-Government official, familiar with the local electors and generally a voter in the same polling area who assists in updating the roll using his local knowledge. In fact, BLO is a representative of Election Commission of India (ECI) at the grass-root level who plays a pivotal role in the process of roll revision and collecting actual field information with regard to the roll corresponding to the polling area assigned to him.

Under Section 13B (2) of Representation of People Act, 1950, BLOs are appointed from amongst the officers of the Govt. /Semi Govt. /Local Bodies. Generally, one BLO is responsible for one part of the electoral roll. From August, 2006 the Commission has decided to introduce the concept of appointing BLOs who would be accountable for ensuring the fidelity of electoral roll.+

The ECI introduced this new system of appointing BLOs creating a clear line of accountability for preparation of an error-free electoral roll, making the BLOs its custodian at the polling booth level. Previously, voter-identification slips used to be distributed by the contesting candidates of various political parties and that gave scope for complaints. The preparation of accurate electoral rolls and direct distribution of voter identification slip by the BLOs also boosted voter confidence in the credibility of the election process.

BLO assists eligible citizens to become voters and obtain voter card. BLO provides those different forms for addition, deletion and correction of Electoral Roll entries, carries out physical verification, and gives his/her report to Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) .The BLO interacts with local people/ political parties’ representatives and identifies dead/shifted/duplicate voters to be removed from the electoral roll after due process of law. Ahmedabad: For the past decade in Gujarat, the government has done many programs and campaigns to improve the level of school education. Even after not changing the level of education, the state education department has released a fatwa of the program titled 'Mission Vidya', and the state's Chief Minister, including ministers and legislators, and BJP office bearers have formulated a program for inspection of schools. The government will again go to schools in the new program of Mission Vidya in the education department. For which the Education Minister has given orders to start schools one hour early in the program for the Sixth and Sixth standard. Against this, the anger of teachers, parents and students has spread.
The campaign will last for a month
For students, who are relatively poor in Reading, Mathematics and Writing, especially for students studying in standard 6-7-8, starting from July 26, 'Mission Vidya' will be started for one consecutive month.
Apart from this, during the campaign, students will be constantly monitored during the education process, and relatively weak students will be made equivalent to other students.

Mission Vidya" will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani who will be going to school

"Mission Vidyarthi" will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, who will be going to the school, along with the Deputy Chief Minister in the entire state, all the ministers and high officials of different departments will go to school allotted to students of standard 6 to 8 reading, computing and writing. . RRB Group D Admit Card 2018, Railway Group D Exam Admit Card 2018 Live Updates: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will be releasing the admit card for Group D examination on Thursday, September 13. All the candidates who will appear for the same, which is expected to be conducted from September 17, can download their respective admit cards from the region based websites. RRB will conduct the recruitment in three stages — CBT or Computer Based Test, PET or Physical Efficiency Test and lastly, document verification.
In the Group D exam, only objective type questions will be asked. There will be negative marking in RRB Group D CBT Test (Stage-1). One-third portion of total marks for the question will be deducted for each wrong answer. Those who successfully qualify the test will be called for PET or stage 2 of the exam, the dates of which will release post result declaration of stage 1.
